This was a remote sale. Being clear across country, I expected some difficulties, but there were none on my end. I was constantly kept up to date and the info transfers were easy. A big plus was the virtual tour. The guide's enthusiasm was infectious, and the quality of the video was very good. I would do it again.
We have high regard for Jackie, we had a complicated estate issue and we’re remote owners, with multiple houses and lots and legal issues. Jackie was always available and on multiple occasions went well out of her way with unexpected problems not always in her area of responsibility. The timeline was good, the prices expected, the sales pretty smooth, and Jackie was always friendly, gracious, and available. She is very honest and ethical. Would go to her again no hesitation.
