A little about Jackie
Jackie Yepez has been a California Licensed Realtor since 2003 and
has been recognized as a Top Achiever in El Dorado County. She
specializes in fine Residential, Commercial and Equestrian
properties in Sacramento, El Dorado, Amador, and Placer counties.
She is associated with the globally known firm of Vista Sotheby’s
International Realty in the El Dorado Hills office.
She is a second-generation Sacramento native and a fifth generation
Northern Californian. She is a second-generation Sacramento
Realtor as her grandfather was a Broker and owned his own real
estate office in Sacramento. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the
University of California at Davis and holds a master’s degree from
the University of Southern California.
Jackie grew up in an Equestrian environment in Northern California
and has the knowledge and expertise on fine Equestrian and Ranch
acquisitions. She has worked in the Luxury Home market,
Investment properties, 1031’s and in selling large Commercial
buildings.
She worked for the State of California for over twenty years in the
field of Information Technology Project Management and Public
Relations. Jackie managed high profile Billion-dollar Information
Technology projects for the State of California to ensure the projects
and systems came in on time, budget, scope and that they worked
properly in each stage of development through the final phase.
Jackie has extended knowledge of the Sacramento region, El Dorado, Placer, and Amador counties. She brings a wealth
of expertise, negotiation skills, facts and detail to each of her Residential and Commercial real estate transactions.
Jackie has the enthusiasm and commitment to assist buyers and sellers in finding their dream home, investment or
commercial properties and in closing the transactions on time.
When she is not selling Real Estate or working on her home, she enjoys teaching Pilates in El Dorado Hills and Folsom
for Club Pilates. As a foodie, she also enjoys dining with friends or family at one of her favorite local restaurants.
