Jackie was a blessing. We started looking with another realtor who wasn’t listening to our needs well. Jackie took over for us and right away had us zoomed into a home. With us being out of state buyers she was great at walking us through houses, pointing out good and bad, and guiding us through the wild market going on in Orlando. Jackie was incredibly active in searching for and showing us houses. She always made herself available and made sure to be thorough in explaining each part of the process. Her quick responses and turnaround time when it came to submitting documents was impressive and her market know-how definitely helped us land the home we wanted.

Jackie is not an agent who is thorough in accessing property. She does not have the skills to help buyers make informed purchases. Looking at furniture, floor coverings etc is not what real estate purchases is about. When she represented my purchase she did not notice that the bathroom floors had serious water damage and were soft and sinking in spots. If was covered with very pretty flooring and that was all Jackie noticed. The main toilet was not operational and she did not ask the sellers for a disclosure document. Her expertise seems to be in filling out paperwork and moving through the title process to commission.

Jackie is very personable. Easy to work with & willing to go the extra mile to answer all your questions & concerns. She made our home-buying experience easy & fun.
