On the first day we went to see some homes, Jackie mapped out an entire afternoon to show us the lay of the land, and we really appreciated that she took us on a tour to help us get to know the different neighborhoods. We quickly found a home we loved on that first day, and when we let Jackie know that we didn't want to lose it, she used her excellent negotiation skills to make sure we won against multiple offers. We could not be happier... the home we got checked all of the boxes for us! Jackie is a go-getter and always very responsive. She has a positive attitude and is a joy to work with. I recently sold a property in San Dimas. It was a very usual process since it was done during the shut down of Covid 19. Jackie and I had a brief meeting at the property and she took it from there. The entire process took only two months which included a 30 day escrow. We never met again as all of the communication was done via, phone, text, or email. She was always quick to respond when ever I had questions or concerns. She was completely professional, had great follow-up and I felt she always had my best interests at heart.
