Prior to meeting Jackie, I had been working with two other realtors for over two years. And although they had good intentions, I felt like I was just a number. Sound advice. We ended up getting an offer that was 45k more than asking. She gave us suggestions for upgrades before our sale, how to stage our house, even a gardener and handyman to help with minor cosmetic repairs. She scheduled the showings that were convenient and even made it ok to not show our home during the week. She explained processes clearly so that you understand the entire process and what comes next.
