As a first-time homebuyer, Jackie helped me and my husband get a home that we fell in love with. She was extremely nice and patient with us and helped us with any question we could come up with. She is someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a house.
Jackie was a wonderful agent and helped so much in the sale of my house. She was patient and kind and extremely timely. Made the sale smooth and hassle free.
Jackie was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She gave great advise and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Jackie was the listing agent and seller of my home. I decided to sell after just completing a full interior renovation, put on a new roof and made other improvements to the exterior making it one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. I thought it might be a challenge to sell given that it appraised at higher than any of the comps nearby. When the first several showings did not come in with any offers I became concerned thinking that it was outpriced for the area. At the moment I thought of dropping the asking price. Jackie made the case that we should keeping looking for the best offer and she was so right! Although it started off shaky, Jackie's confidence made me feel at ease about waiting for the right people to come by. She really understood my home's potential even betten that I could. Thank you Jackie!!
Jackie sold my house in December 2019 and the experience couldn't have been more perfect. She marketed to exactly the right people and after a few showings we had multiple offers. This was before the housing boom created by Covid, but Jackie still got more than one offer at full asking price, with no concessions on our part. I would, and do, highly recommend Jackie if you're looking for an extremely professional and personable realtor who knows the market and gets results fast!
We have sold and purchase quite a few homes in our lifetime. This was the first experience that we have had that seemed effortless on our part. There there were some issues that arose, but Jackie took care of them immediately to our advantage. she always answers our phone calls and made us feel like we were her only clients even though we know she was working several at the same time. We highly recommend Jackie for buying or selling. She will definitely work hard and take care of you.
Jackie is a wonderful surprise in a sea of real estate agents!! She is thorough, very knowledgeable and was very helpful from day one. She answered every text/email/question promptly; I was never left wondering what was going on. She has the connections necessary to get any task done to sell your home. To say I couldn’t have done it without her is an understatement. She works hard for every penny she earns; there are things to selling a home that the average person does not know - use her and you won’t regret it!!
She was more than knowledgeable about every property we visited, made sure to over ask questions and answered my questions day and night. Jackie is very dedicated to making the customer happy and getting them exactly what they are looking for.
Jackie walked us through the whole process. She kept us informed and explained the whole process. I would highly recommend Jackie fantastic agent.
Jackie was a Great help to my wife and I. Her commitment is reflected in her attention to the details. She is very knowledgeable, accessible and communicates clearly, making the process easy. A joy to work with!
Jackie was very hands on and present through every step of the sale. It was the easiest house sale I’ve ever experienced. She is down to earth, relatable, & professional. I highly recommend her and will use her for my house sales in the future.
Jackie went so far beyond our expectations that she simply amazed us. Ours was a difficult sale due to our steep drive and slope of the land. Jackie not only helped us prepare the property but provided needed encouragement during the process. Somewhere in that process Jackie went from being our agent to being our friend to being part of our family, a relationship that continued after the sale. Perhaps the most helpful things were her broad knowledge of the local market trends and her contacts with contractors who bould help with needed repairs. We cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. She will do whatever is necessary to complete a sale while making you feel that your needs are respected and important to her.
