I saw the house on Zillow and clicked to contact the agent. Got a call from Jackie almost in seconds. We met two hours later and I made an offer. Her responsiveness was just as fast throughout the entire process. We were in constant contact and she made the process a pleasure. Jackie is knowledgeable, highly professional, and a super nice person. She made great suggestions and referrals and supported me through the whole process with a great attitude.
