We are 250 miles from the cabin we were about to put on the market and I found realtor Jackie Leonhard through a referral. I called her on the phone. We had never met and spoke about what our plans were. We were not ready to sell yet but within the next year. Without having anything signed or any payment, she asked if she could go and take pictures and do drone photos for when we were ready. She was so organized and eight months later we put it on the market. She listed it at a great price and it was sold in a short period of time.
