Jackie helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent agent with outstanding marketing abilities and top notch industry skills.

Jackie Leonhard represented me as a seller's agent in the sale of an estate property I inherited in a state I do not live in. I was very happy with my decision to hire her as she helped me throughout the entire process with excellent guidance and helpful suggestions utilizing her top notch industry knowledge. The marketing she provided for the property was very extensive and utilized numerous sources. In addition, her excellent photos and narrated video showed the property in its best light, and the estate went under contract in just one week. Jackie is very professional and utilized advanced computer techniques to present comparisons to similar properties to help me come to an understanding of the market in that area. This helped me to make an informed and educated decision on the determination of the price to ask for the estate. She was also very easy to work with and extremely responsive. She answered all phone calls and emails almost immediately throughout the process. All the individuals we worked with in her office were also equally responsive. That is crucial when in the process of selling a home. Therefore, I would strongly recommend Jackie Leonhard and her company to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Northwoods area.
