We had been looking at property to buy and had come across a listing on the MLS through Realtor.com that we’re interested in. We had special funding for the home purchase as it was through a Trust. The funding process on our side was complex, to say the least. Jackie and team worked closely with the Funding sources, the Title company, Attorneys the Sellers and ourselves to find and implement a creative way to make this purchase happen.
