Coming into this whole experience was stressful and overwhelmin for myself and Jackie, bless her heart was so patient with me and my mother. We started this whole thing a few days before thanksgiving, and closing was on Dec. 22, 2022 . Jackie executed all of her tasks in a jiffy and kept me in the loop at all times. Her communication is A+, which in my book is the most important! Thank you Jackie for helping me find my home!!

I met Jackie through a friend who worked with her and highly recommended her, Jackie definitely made my purchase process a breeze, great communication, she asked me what I was looking for and found me a property better than I had imagined. Very knowledgeable of the areas we viewed property. Definitely felt like I had a good friend in my corner. I would highly recommend working with Jackie just like she was highly recommended to me. 10/10 I would always call her for any real estate transaction.

So long story short, our whole loan and closing was a complete nightmare. That being said, Jackie really came through for us. While everyone had their heads up their asses, she was the only one communicating and getting everything done for us. With work, she made things super easy and offered numerous times to run documents, take care of things we were stressing about, and was there to ease our minds when things were going wrong or the loan underwriters needed something else. She got it done and got us in the house that we wanted. Even after closing, I know I can call her for anything we need and we're glad to have met her.
