Jackie possesses an unmatched market knowledge. She was able to get us the asking price for our house on the first day it went live. She was always available when we needed here. She provided the appraiser with comps to ease his job and had a professional photographer take outstanding photographs of our home for the listing. I would highly recommend Jackie to friends, family and anyone else as a realtor.
Jackie was amazing to work with! She made everything very personable, and was so helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns with the sale of our home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend her!
We are from Louisiana and moved to Dallas for my husband's job. We called Jackie Granata and asked if she could be our realtor after reading such wonderful reviews from other clients. It was the BEST decision we could have possibly made. Not only did she work tirelessly to find our family the perfect home, but also has become a friend for life. We have now lived in the Dallas area for four years and Jackie Granata is still one of my favorite people on earth.
Not much more can be said about Jackie Granata! She is like a true fairy godmother of realtors! Jackie made finding the perfect home possible for our family. She was involved in every step of our process, speaking directly to our loan officer and builder. She acted as our liason to hound people to make sure that our home was exactly the way we wanted it to be. She looked out for our best interest and was so knowledgeable in everything including things we didn't even think of. She suggested good products to use to take care of our home and guided us through not only finding our home but LIVING in our home. We have found a true friend in Jackie. She is part of our family! I would highly recommend Jackie Granata and use her again in the future!
