"Amazing! Jackie Cross surpassed my expectations! I thought this whole process would take 6 months or more, (given the current market and COVID19), but she helped me find the house after less than 2 months and we closed in less than a month! Jackie did everything from calling neighbors so that I felt comfortable in the area, wrote letters to owners, and always made sure I felt comfortable with the offers we submitted. I am bad at negotiating, and I was glad Jackie was able to get me a great deal giving the results of the inspection/appraisal! I would recommend Jackie because without her, I probably would have been too overwhelmed with the process and just gave up. It was nice to have her reassure me that feeling frustrated or overwhelmed is normal and her calm demeanor made me trust her. Glad that I did because I love my new home!"
