Having quite specific criteria I wanted for my next home when relocating to the Orlando area and a three-hour drive one way, I initially searched online myself and would contact a listing's agent to arrange a viewing. From my first meeting with Jackie however, I decided to work with her exclusively. She listened to what I specifically wanted in a home and neighborhood; and over the past 6 months or so, she has consistently responded promptly to emails, phone calls, arranging viewings while always accommodating my limited availability, and also to why and what I liked or disliked in properties we saw. While her knowledge of the various areas was absolutely invaluable to me, she never tried to sway me toward or away from any neighborhoods or towns; and we found quite a few homes in various areas that I was interested in purchasing, only to find they had already accepted another offer. I so very much appreciate her time researching comps for me and negotiating with Seller's agents on my behalf; as well as her patience, perseverance, and professionalism in helping me find and purchase my forever home at what I feel was a fair and reasonable price. She was also helpful when I requested recommendations of various service professionals I needed. I feel I made my first friend in the area in Jackie, and can and will always very highly recommend her! I completely agree with one service professional's summation of Jackie when they said "she's AWESOME!"

Jackie did a great job in helping us find our first home! As first time home buyers, my wife and I were swimming in a sea of possibilities. There's so much to consider. And being newbs to the process, we were overwhelmed. Jackie helped us to focus our priorities. And with a real attention to detail, she maneuvered us through the whole process with confidence and savvy. Always available, and willing to fight for our best interest. Jackie exceeded our needs in every category!

No need to look elsewhere for an agent. When we suddenly knew we would be involved in a corporate relocation a few months ago, my wife began calling agents in the central Florida area (from Dallas) to get information on the area, the real estate market, etc., and Jackie was the agent who was so helpful and responsive, even without a listing agreement or any certainty we would ever retain any of her services. She's a hard-working professional in every sense of the word, and never hesitated to go out of her way to do anything for us (letting contractors into house we purchased from afar, showing us homes beyond her normal service area, coordinating utilities, etc. with sellers ... I could go on and on). We put Jackie through the ringer at times, but she just continues to deliver, and always with a smile. We truly appreciate Jackie for all she did for us. If anyone is planning a relocation to the Orlando area, or even is moving or selling locally, Jackie's the one you definitely want to talk to first. She's an excellent negotiator, and will always look out for your best interests with her knowledge and expertise in real estate (and we love Re/Max!). Rest easy on this one ... You can't go wrong.
