Jacki Tait is the best real estate agent I have ever encountered, and I have dealt with many--for example, I have bought/sold four houses in three states in the last three years. I was obliged to sell my house in Flagstaff under time- constrained conditions, and without being personally present. Jacki took care of everything. I could not even list the tasks she took on and completed successfully--many of them beyond what one can expect of a real estate agent.
