Jacki was AMAZING! Throughout my entire home buying process, Jacki has always looked out for my best interest such as in helping me secure my asking price for the home I wanted and purchased. She ensured I met all the deadlines for submitting my required paperwork. Jacki is a problem solver and helped me overcome all the challenges I faced from working with the mortgage lender, my bank approval for a Home Equity Loan for the 20% deposit, and the title attorney. Jacki also gave me a list of outstanding local home inspectors and termite inspectors who provided comprehensive reports and took the time to answer all my questions. Significantly, Jacki is honest, intelligent, responsible, and resourceful. She is the BEST!

Jacki Strategos was a well known name around our house for many years because we would receive real estate market activity and trends in our area on a regular basis. So when it came time for us to consider selling our house we never considered contacting anyone but Jacki.. We called Jacki, had a discussion about our interest in selling and at that time made an appointment for her to come over for a visit the next day to see the property. Prior to her visit she had already done some homework on recent real estate transactions and trends in the area, and now based on her inspection of our house she was able to provided us with a price range, which she felt the house should be marketed for, she also gave us her analysis of the property condition and saleability. We were so impressed with her credentials, knowledge and enthusiasm, that we almost immediately signed a commitment to have her act as our real estate agent to sell the house. From that time forward we were never disappointed, she was the most dedicated representative that I have ever dealt with. She almost always answered the phone when I called or if she didn't she would call back, text or e-mail within minutes. She would almost always have the answers or would find out asap. She is also incredibly punctual, when she says she will make a visit at a certain time she is there to the minute, always! When she was sick or busy with other clients, she would have Richard, her husband follow up on any details. Everything just kept moving and went smoothly throughout the whole process, right up to and including the final sales transaction. It was in our absence that Jacki worked with the attorneys and buyers to facilitate a smooth closing. We merely had to respond to some internet interaction to have the whole process concluded. We couldn't speak more highly of Jacki as a representative for this business transaction and obvioulsy would recommend her in the future.
