Excellent follow up on ever detail. She was never too busy to drop what she was doing and follow up on our request even while she was on vacation!! Even when we had issues with Bank of America she did everything she could to expedite issues so that we could close on time. She did this while she was on vacation and followed up with the lawyers too. All questions we had she got answers to within 24 to 36 hours!
