Jack knows Laguna Woods Village and the layout of the manors. He did a great job determining the ones that met my list of requirements for us to go see. He was flexible in working around my busy schedule to show me units and did a lot of leg work in advance.

We were immensely impressed by Jacks professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and caring attitude. I have to say, that when we were in the escrow office I was surprised to hear that he had other sales in escrow. He treated us and our concerns as if we were his only clients! He always answered our phone calls. He recommended excellent painters letting them in himself. He caught an important mistake made in the outside inspection that could have cost us money. And we found out that he had had a family crisis during the sale of our condo. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
