My name is George, my wife and I were buyers in this transaction. First challenge came with the buyer's/seller's commission negotiations which is still very new to the industry. Jack eliminated any awkwardness and confusion as he handled this very delicately for a win-win for both buyer and seller. Then came the negotiations on sale price, which is never easy.
