As a first time home buyer I needed someone who explain the process and help me understand the next step. That is exactly what my agent did.

Jack is trustworthy, knowledgable, helpful, and has lot of patience when dealing with first time home buyers like me who has many questions about the process. He offers her support to make you feel comfortable by explaining the steps and what needs to be done. This is a quality I look for in an agent. I don't think I would be able to close this deal without his help.

Jack Teague has gone over and above what a typical real estate agent should. Fortunate for me, he was a friend of my fathers. When my dad passed away last year, it never occurred to me to contact Jack as a realtor. After interviewing another realtor, who came recommended, I decided to call Jack. I hadn't seen Jack in over 20 years, and it was like talking to an old friend. He knew he had a challenge in selling the property. I live 700 miles away from the property and working on the estate long distance isn't an easy task. There were lots of ups, downs, and huge roadblocks, but my goodness, we finally closed on the property. The sale took just under a year. Jack hung in there like a champ, and so did our buyers. Jack Teague was exceptional!! Unfortunately, I had to sell the house due to my Mothers passing which was a very emotional time for me and there were many obstacles to cross which made the process at times overwhelming.
