Jack knows every neighborhood in New Castle County and more importantly understands the market trends for each area. Tremendous resource if you are buying a home in Northern DE / Southern PA area. Our experience as a client was that our agent was working harder than anyone else. Jack is a good communicator - we experienced very thorough, swift and efficient emails / texts, however he also has the skill set to recognize when he needs to be an educator & talk through different circumstances and challenges to make sure he understands his client. Jack has a very traditional / fundamentally sound approach to the market (which I prefer) - however he did show the ability to be nimble + provide creative solutions in a very unprecedented and evolving market. As a negotiator - Jack is extremely logical and fair. We felt his ability to communicate and work with the Sellers agent ultimately led to us securing the purchase quickly saving us thousands of dollars & also meeting our timeline. We had a very specific / challenging / time sensitive assignment for Jack... He delivered for us at a price we were happy with. More importantly Jack is someone you would enjoy having dinner with & would trust watching your kids.
