The stress and pressure can seem over whelming when buying a house, but Jack makes sure to reduce all of this by managing the process from end to end. Jack has done a great job selling our house in Temecula. This was a rental property and I am an out of town landlord, so I was relying on Jack to handle the cleanup and renovations that were needed. He engaged another great guy, Marc Sauceda to help with the repairs and upgrades, and they quickly got the house looking fantastic. It has sold very quickly, we got the price we were looking for which was a good deal for us and the new owner. We really had no problems, handling all the documents and Jack kept us well informed all along the way. Jack is very knowledgeable of the area and has a great understanding of what needs to happen during the procdess of buying and selling a house.
