We are delighted to write an honest and unsolicited review of our realtor, Jack May. It was our good fortune to be connected to Jack when we responded to a Zillow listing. We are an older couple who were combining our two households having each previously owned a home. We admit to being extra finicky as we started a search for a new home. Jack was very skilled at identifying houses and villas (condos) that would meet our specifications and preferences. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the current housing market, as well as home construction, design, and renovation. He listened to our concerns and gave us excellent advice about all aspects of home buying, including the financial details. The recommendations Jack gave us for a mortgage banker and a home inspection company were perfect. The process of making an offer and negotiating with the seller went very smoothly through Jack’s facilitation. Jack is easy-going and personable, yet very professional. His communication skills are superb, especially his ability to listen and clarify his client’s needs and wants. Even though Jack had a busy schedule, he was very flexible and arranged viewings in a timely manner. We looked at over 50 properties with Jack in less than three months, and he was extremely patient with us. We are completely satisfied with the experience of buying our new home. Throughout the entire process, Jack was a pleasure to work with. Most of all, we appreciated his positive, encouraging, and “can do” attitude.
