John Malloy Review
I had a positive experience with John for the sale of my property. John was very thorough in identifying current market conditions, expectations surrounding best pricing, and the drivers to bring in potential buyers. He also was up front in suggesting things I could do to get the property in best condition for highest sale price. He was informative and involved throughout the process up to settlement, and for any issues thereafter as well. John's knowledge of his profession and his ability to communicate well with all parties is at the highest level. I never felt uninformed, and always felt covered for all activity and requirements to facilitate the sale and settlement. I would recommend John for any RE needs.
