Jack Lara helped immensely in my husband and I buying our first house. He laid out everything for me: processes, paperwork, timeline, closing proceedures, closing costs, everything. I asked him for advice on a few things, and he was able to give me some where I needed it most. He pulled up some examples of inspection forms and told me what to look for and let me decide which company to go with by providing options totally without bias. He ordered the inspections I decided on and let me know who to pay and when and for what. He also negotiated with the sellers for us and presented offers which have been good ones in past sales for all parties. He drew up an easily ammendable, thorough contract quickly and explained anything we had questions about. He also offered to show us houses similar to the one we were looking at, showed us one and let us walk through it, discussing high and low points and let us know what we could probably expect on our property appraisal. Jack helped my parents find a house when they moved to Pensacola, so they recommended him to me and my husband. Jack was definitely indispensable in our house search and home buying process. I would recommend him to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers.
