Jack is very knowledgable of the local market and his pricing recommendation was spot-on. He also helped us determine which improvements would be helpful as we prepared to put the house on the market. The house was on the market on a Friday and we were reviewing multiple offers by Tuesday! This is the second time we've worked with Jack. He sold our previous house many years ago. The experience was just as positive this time.
