I dont consider myself an easy customer. When I’m house hunting, a house may have all the things that I’m looking for, but it also has to feel right. And after I’ve found a house that has all that I want and feels right, then I have to pick it apart structurally. I don’t want to make a bad investment, so I look for all the bad or potentially bad things about the house before I can decide whether or not I am willing to commit to making an offer. And there, in my opinion, is where a good realtor comes into play. You want someone who doesn’t mind putting in the extra effort of driving (possibly all over the county) in search of the right place. You also want a realtor that knows what things are important to you and will get right in there with you look for them. Jack Johnson did all this for my family’s recent move. We asked Jack to show us a lot of properties, in a lot of different places. Let’s just say that we covered a lot of ground in our search. And in spite of this, Jack never once complained or made us feel like we were the difficult buyers that we knew we were. He took time to point out problem areas, because he knew it was important to me. And he never made us feel pressured to hurry up and buy something. He always stayed positive about the search and encouraged us that we would find the right place. He made himself easily available to reach by phone in case I ever needed to ask questions. Jack has a lot of knowledge, but if there was ever something he didn’t know, he was always quick to find us the answer. He was on top of things so well that we jokingly nicknamed him Johnny-on-the-spot. We were very, very pleased with our experience, and would highly recommend Jack. He provides an excellent service, and you will not be disappointed in choosing him for your realtor.

Jack covered all my questions. He provided me with recent sales. He told me the real value of my house. He made suggestions as to what I should do to my house so I could get the best price.
