We've used Jack Faski as our realtor to both sell a home and buy a home. Jack's experience and attention to detail made both transactions easy to complete. When we sold our house we reached out to Jack before we were ready to put it on the market. He went through the house and yard and made recommendations about what we needed to do to get it ready. Selling my parents house was hard and we had no plan of action to do it. Jack came in a few months after my parents died and walked us through what we needed to do and gave us a few names for us to use to help get rid of things. We discussed on the best time and set a date. Whenever I had a question I texted him and I received an answer right away.
