We found Jacek through the reviews here on Zillow and Google. With the first phone call we knew he was the right person for us. Friendly, positive and all-round helpful, he understood our situation and was brilliant from the very beginning. He even coordinated some final work on the property before putting it on the market as our faith in the separate management company we were using hit rock bottom. We were kept updated on all developments. Once it went on the market, I received a huge influx of emails letting me know about upcoming viewings so I knew interest was high due to the wonderful job Jacek did in marketing. Within 48 hours of going on the market, we had 2 full price offers. The inspection revealed an issue and he was on it right away, getting 2 companies in to give quotes and coordinated the repairs. Again, we were kept fully informed and despite our property not being a big moneymaker for him, he helped us like we were the most important clients in the world. Even at the last minute a small issue came up, but Jacek dropped everything to make sure all was well. I can only give Jacek our highest recommendation if you are looking for a realtor who will look after your interests.
