Jack Dolan III

We looked for a house for a long while. When we found one that we wanted (during the COVID times) It was insane, my house was not on the market yet. Jack said he could sell my house in two days, and would get more than I asked. Jack delivered on this. On closing day for the new house, we found the house was not in "broom swept, move in condition". Jack immediately not only found a cleaning person, but was cleaning rooms with us! Jack has shown may times that he will help out in many ways. He is always professional, knows the local market, very quickly understands what his clients are looking for, and can find it!

Jack will work hard for his client and spend as much time as it takes to get a house sold or purchased. He was in contact with me throughout the process.
