A former colleague on mind referred Jack. I met with Jack on Thursday, Feb 13th, agreed to a listing, that Saturday Jack had the photographer to shoot the home. By Monday, February 17, the listing was live, and foot traffic was heavy. That same day, we had multiple offers. With 2 days, we had a contract. Property closed April 30th. Done deal. Thanks Jack.
