Jack Cote' did an amazing job helping us relocate from California to Reno, NV on a very short timeframe. We did not know the area well, and he helped us focus in on a few neighborhoods early in the process. Given that we were relocating from out of state, he scheduled a marathon day of house viewings to let us see all of our options in a single day. We ended up making an offer on a house we saw and having the offer accepted! We closed in under a month.Jack also brought with him a critical network of mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors to help us get the house in shape before moving in. Jack was extremely professional and willing to work nights and weekends to help us close on our new home.We made this move happen at warp speed, and we couldn't have done it without Jack!
