Who says nice guys finish last? Jack and Melody Cote' (and their office staff!) were not only a joy to work with but they did an amazing job selling our house for us in a challenging market. They kept us abreast of changing market conditions and were there for us when we had questions. They aggressively marketed our house and even helped us find repair people to fix a couple of minor issues after the home inspection while we were out of state. They are awesome to deal with, you won't be disappointed!!
