Jack helped me to find an investment property that met all of my requirements. He did a fantastic job of finding the right property for me as if he is buying for himself. He was there for me at every step of the process from the beginning all the way to closing and even afterwards. I bought my property from out of state without the need to be in Reno as Jack covered for me as needed. We were selling a property but did not live locally. We were nervous about the logistics of managing any maintenance pre-sale, and Jack was able to not only provide us with reasonable contractors, but he let us know what was and was not absolutely necessary in terms of repairs to the property, which had sustained some damage. Jack was super friendly, and very responsive. We closed quickly, and at a fair market value. I HIGHLY recommend their services.
