Jack understood the market very well and the comps in the area and walked us through them in detail. He also walked us through in detail the offer process and all the legal terms and conditions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the entire process from offer to acceptance to close of escrow. He stayed on top of things like inspections, escrow and funding etc. He knew exactly the initial offer that we should make and where we would likely end up on price. Highly recommended.
