He will suggest and assist as the circumstances require, akin to a personal Concierge grafted onto an eager sales professional, readily available to review all issues before they become problems. Of course, this reflects his knowledge of and familiarity with his trade and local conditions. I found him patient, considerate and kind, even when rudely accosted by a deranged neighbor on several occasions while showing. In a complex this large, he handled psychotic tenants and obscure administrative hurdles with equal facility so that all went smoothly.
