Jaci Reynolds

My Fiancé and I were first time home buyers with limited knowledge on the home buying process. Jaci did an amazing job showing us around prospective homes and answering questions. She gave honest feedback about the houses we saw and didn’t try to sell us something that didn’t fit our criteria for a home. After we decided on a home, Jaci answered every question we had, was readily available whenever we needed her and worked with us through every step of the process. She went above and beyond and even helped us find contractors, inspectors and other services in the Waynesville area that were needed for the house. Jaci was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process and we can’t recommend her enough. She was truly amazing. After our closing my fiancé even commented that we thought of Jaci as our “Realtor Momma” because of how easy she made the home buying process.
