Even with the inspection objections we had to work through, he helped us make good decisions that kept the sale on course and on time. He even set things up for us with contacts he has relationships with, (roofers, engineers, etc.), so that we didn't have to worry about finding contractors we could trust. This is our third time working with Jace and Brenda and they have exceeded expectations every time. They are our realtor of choice, and we highly recommend them!
