I appreciated how he worked hard from the start to the very end. When things were going the wrong way with our first lender, Jace was always thinking of ways to get it back on track. He fought for me when at times I thought of giving up. His knowledge of the real estate and lemding process was invaluable as I was dealing with things that I was not always familiar with. When I expressed my appreciation for the extra mile he went through, he would just say, "that's my job." I felt that it went beyond that and that he really cared about my concerns and interests.
