These wonderful people rule. They operate, at times, independently of each other but we were doubly blessed to get them as a team. They are warm, kind, smart, funny, and ace real estate agents. They put up with endless (and at times idiotic) questions and laid out the entire purchasing process in orderly detail and there really was no need for our endless, idiotic questions but we panicked at times so they smiled and soldiered on. Jace and Brenda helped us with a single-family home purchase in Loveland, CO in 2018. We were actively looking for a home for approx. 7-months from start to closing in a pretty tough market. Jace and Brenda did an outstanding job. Response time was always very fast; one of them were always available to do a same-day showing in order to react to our tough local market. Documentation was provided in an organized manner and was accurate. Knowledge of local market issues was excellent. They were always prompt, courteous and professional. After months of searching for the right home [we were pretty picky], Jace and Brenda found us a great home for the right price in the area we wanted. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future or to highly recommend them to someone I care for.
We’ve really enjoyed working with Brenda and Jace Thorpe these last few months. They regularly keep us posted of new listings and are readily available to show us our properties of interest. Which we greatly appreciate because of my husband’s irregular work schedule. Even if it’s last minute, they are eager to help us and provide the necessary information. It’s been a while since we’ve been house hunting but Jace and Brenda have been quite patient and understanding with us as we search for our new home.
