Jace was always responsive, professional, and did what he said he was going to do. If we wanted to see a house, he would set up a showing right away. It was a breeze working with him. When we finally settled on a new home that ended up having lots of construction delays (not Jace's fault) he was able to get us out from under that contract and into a better home, which we closed on in 3 weeks. We are very happy in our new home and would have never found it without Jace! He also helped my parents buy their log cabin home in Red Feather Lakes and they had a wonderful experience with him too.

We had issues with the inspection. Unfortunately, the inspector wasn't up to the task, but Jace maintained his composure and helped to research/resolve issues. I would use Jace again on our next sale/purchase
