When we ask and chose her to be my broker the communication already started. She give me also idea of what is in the market. I had our contract and i have several offers from buyers. Each communication is documented and she keep me posted everytime. She is also responsive my inquiries and she explains also what i cannot understand well. She also coordinates for me since at sometime I am not at the country. That is very helpful. And the transaction proceeded well as documented until the close.
