I have known Andy for a few years and have used him on several home sales. He was able to get us a full price offer on our last house in only 10 days. Barb at his office is always calling/emailing with the next steps to keep the process moving. He has a thorough understanding of the local housing market which helped us set a price we felt comfortable with and resulted in lots of showings within the first week. I would recommend giving his office a call.
