I have used Mario as my realtor for over 30 years and decided to have him sell my rental property. Since the sell will be my secondary retirement income, I went with him for obvious reasons; Mario displayed not only wise marketing skills but a higher level of knowledge when it comes to objective data & comparable, answered tough questions, and knew how to posture the listing at the right price to maximize the sell. Through Mario's dedication, hard-work and experience I was able to successfully sell my rental property with challenges which any other realtor might of given up. But not Mario, he pressed on and we were able to sell the property successfully thanks to him.
