Born and raised in the prime Westside town, Pacific Palisades, California, and having attended Loyola High School near downtown Los Angeles more than 30 miles away from his home, Greg Maffei grew up with a nurtured understanding and passion for prime real estate in greater Los Angeles County. After attending college at UCLA, Greg settled 20 miles south in the beautiful South Bay area and decided it was the perfect environment to raise a family. With over 20 years of professional real estate experience in commercial, investment and now exclusively residential real estate, his business and knowledge base expands throughout Los Angles County with his home office in Manhattan Beach. Amazing agent!

Greg was instrumental in securing our new home for us. His professionalism and real estate experience conveyed to the listing agent that we were serious buyers and got our offer accepted. He anticipated all of the hurdles that came up through the buying process (of which there were more than a few) and had solutions in his toolbelt at the ready. He negotiated all aspects of the sale with our best interests as the #1 priority. We would not be in our new home without Greg and can't say how thankful we are.
