JC was contacted by phone after several frustrating experiences with my wife and i trying to purchase a condo for personal use and vacation rental potential. He took the situation under control in a short amount of time and kept the other parties focused and consistent allowing this sale to be completed in a short amount of time. The little condo I purchased resulted in what was probably one of JC's smallest commissions of 2017. But he always answered my questions with honesty and respect, replied to all of my (sometimes harried) texts, and continues to help me months later. Here's an example: I was off-island for a month and needed a place to keep my car. He let me park it in his driveway AND keep bags of my nonperishable groceries in his dining room while I was away. Here's another example: When I called for advice about where to buy a new refrigerator just this week, he offered to use his truck to pick it up and get it to my condo, even though he lives up to an hour (or more) away! So, I guess what I'm saying is that this JC guy is more than your average realtor. Way more. He is kind and helpful, super responsive (not the usual MO on Maui), and works hard on your behalf even after you've bought a home. Consider me a JC fan for life.
