As first-time home buyers, we were so lucky that we picked Ivy to work with us. She was so helpful and friendly, explaining the process to us throughout and answering any questions we had. Ivy was so quick to respond to us throughout the whole process, being able to jump on a call or respond to texts/emails whenever we needed — which was super important in such a time-sensitive process. We always felt reassured having her at showings and walkthroughs knowing she’d ask the questions we weren’t aware that we should have asked, and point out any issues to raise with the seller. Once we made an offer, Ivy provided timelines of important dates and helped us review paperwork. She was always so on top of everything, not only giving us updates, but also providing context and explaining terminology when needed. We'd recommend Ivy to anyone buying a home -- especially first-time buyers. If we go through the process again ourselves, we would definitely love to work with her again.
