Ivy assisted us in the selling of our home in the Fall of 2021. Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism shined through right away. We were not only impressed by her services but also the people she brought in like the photographer and the person who did a 3D plan of our home. Ivy not only listen to our needs/wants, she also provided great and honest advice. So much so, our home sold in less time than expected at a price we expected. Ivy worked with us as the buyers as well as the seller. Tommy Hoang of her team was our main point of contact and acted as our agent. He worked very closely with us and was highly responsive and proactive. They put us in contact with a fantastic team all around, from the Lender to the Inspector. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, and as first time home buyers we felt confident that we were in great hands and working with honest people who have years of experience and are passionate about what they do. Our team worked around the clock for us and we were able to close on our house early. They were quick but thorough and made the house buying process as painless and stress free as possible. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend Ivy and her team.

When my husband and I were ready to purchase our 2nd home in Las Vegas, we knew we needed to work with a Real Estate professional who knew Las Vegas and the market we were dealing with. We are out of state buyers and Ivy was highly recommended to us. Within our first meeting, we knew we were lucky to have her on our side! Ivy was great always quick to respond to my text or phone call..very good with advice..very knowledgeable of the area and since we were out of town always willing to do things we weren't able to do including walk through and taking pictures..we would definitely recommend her to family members and friends..????
