Ivy Thacker is absolutely Amazing.

To say Ivy is amazing only scratches the surface. I met Ivy in late December(2024) and I immediately realized that she was/is clearly a cut- above the rest. (My backstory) My name is Scott and I currently live in New England and I wanted to purchase a "retirement-home" somewhere in beautiful Georgia. Ivy made it clear that she would scope-out the homes ( in person)that peaked my interest regardless of the travel distance for her to do so. Ivy defines excellence and her knowledge and selfless determination are second to none. Ivy came to know what I was looking for and we toured many homes and it was quite ironic that after looking at 4 homes on this particular day (1 of which I was prepared to make an offer on)- Ivy explained that there was a house that she had previously toured that she really thought I would like and it turned out dramatically exceeding my hopes and dreams. Ivy is over-the-top and not just because she is exceptionaly knowledgeable and helpful agent but she is truly an amazing person worthy of any lifetime achievement award they are passing out.
