Ivy Martin

Ivy was absolutely outstanding in helping me search for a rental during my relocation from Boston, MA to the South Bay area in LA. I was strapped for the most precious resource, time, when trying to find a new home. I was finishing my last semester of grad school and could only afford one day to house hunt in California. I believe we viewed about 10 properties in a single day, which was an impressive logistical feat in itself. After narrowing the listings down to 3 Ivy had impressive negotiation skills regarding rent, pet rent, deposit and was able to reduce the overall cost of each from runner. In the end when I decided to go with a different property she was professional, cordial, and respectful of my decision.
